um well the title has nothing to do with anything but...
just a thought at this point but see if we cant bild an urban map like possably one from cod 4 or just one with corners at least something to hide behind like a corner ray is thinking maby like some shiping conaianers or cretes of something come up with some ideas and we will see what elle thinks Wink

Brillant idea I love it accept a few problems. We need to make it first. Does not work for marsheling cause marshels won,t be able to see enough. and then we need lan to do this on so costs add up and crap like that

We could always mow some of a blank part aout of totra and bring in some old farmy crates and stuff, I'd be all keen to set up and work but I dont know how to get crates in.
We probably should have a work day to build more/better trenches and stuff.

Also, the kind of map that you're talking about is cool but it's just not that great in my opinion. Those types of maps are popular over in japan and they just look fake to me. They're small, not very authentic but are very easy to marchal if you make them right.

Far better to find some scrapyard and do it there.

The scrapcar yard on the way to palmie is ideal but not out of the way or disused enough.

There must be one somewhere though.

The good thing is that if you put the marshal up high enough they can see the whoile battlefield.

Also, another downside is the risk of injuries on metal bits.

Small isnt bad, it makes for fast and action packed. If theres too many people then it becomes a 3 or 4 team event round robin thing.

I have aspirations land, plans and dont mind airsoft too much - and if someone can supply a couple of shipping containers i could use them.

(edit) - forget using a scrapyard. Ive spent a bot of time in them, and someone WILL loose a lot of blood before long. A world that consists of rocks, broken glass, nuts bolts and torn sheet metal requires careful movement.

I think a game day where we have a tornament type thing would be good. Teams of 3 or 4 people verses. We could have timed matches for rescue the hostage and plant the bomb missions.

Well this is kinda off topic but I'm waiting until the trenches out back are dry and then I'm gonna try see if we can get a game going out there.
