Game and BBQ Tuesday 28th Dec** CANCELLED **

As proposed by Tim C for the tuesday stat holiday.
Games in the afternoon. BBQ in the evening. Plans:

Meet at Elles at 1 pm. Games will be at either the ashhurst feild( un confirmed), My place (backup plan) or if there is another HANDY venue please put it forward. Expect to wrap up around 5.
this is meant to be a fun, relaxed afternoon. Marshalls shall be myslef, Mr T and any other volunteers.
Bring:
usual requirements: safety gear etc
water (may be hot day)
Spare clothes to wear to BBQ if you wont be able togo home in between times
optional - insect replellant, elle repellant, hayfever meds, xmas present for mikey.

BBQ afterwards at Tim C's residence. Tim can post the address and directions.
Bring:
happiness, good behaviour, FOOD, DRINK. The BBQ will be there, you bring what you want to see cooking on it.

Dont bring: guns or military getup (its a lesuirely bbq, not a camo payjama party).
Optional : photos, random awards, stories. Presents for Tim's family.
Edit by tim C: in other words if you want to go to the bbq bring spare clothes to the game.

oh if anyone can brin a spare bbq that would be great cause mine is only a small 2 burner one that is kinda average so a big or at least another one would be great.

um may be able to bring another one if i come depends ill let you know

i will probably be coming and if i am i will have to bring a friend because they will be staying at my house at that time

I will be able to carry some passengers, but as Elle says make sure you have youre seat booked / ride organised BEFORE the day!

you can bring your mate to the bbq but he deffinatly will have to bring some food and drink

Tim I can't garentee now that I might have a spare gun , but if has GBBR mags working again I will have a spare gun.

Hey guys, looks like the airsoft part of the day will be cancelled.

A tonne of rain and wind is pretty much gonna make doing anything outside wet and unpleasant.

Make decision tomorrow if to cancel or not.

if bad weather kills the game it will do the same for the bbq. sadly we wont be able to postpone it if it is to be at my house as the 28th really was the only time to do it. but if it can be run else where that is fine.

Ok, forecast for tomrrow has not got any better at all, so im making the decision to cancel now.....

for those who dont know that means bbq is off to.
