Airsoft Power

It sucks that we only have 3 ways to power an airsoft weapon.

-Spring
-Electric (still has a spring)
-Gas (doesn't have a spring)

And i was just wondering is there any other way to power an airsoft weapon.

I had an idea to make one powered by a magnet but thats too close to a motor anyway.
Does anyone have any ideas on different power sources to an airsoft weapon.

All airsoft guns rely on air to push the bullet.
So there really is only one way to shoot.

There's gas guns adn then there's spring guns. Electric guns are just spring guns that are automated.

I suppose you could make some other guns, like one that works like a reverse vacuem cleaner. It wouldn't have high fps but you could make a decent flamerthrower type weapon.

A flame thrower would be cool but at the same time wouldn't because it has to be semi-automatic like every other gun in New Zealand

Well, it wouldn't really be a gun. And if it was I'm sure you wouldn't get in trouble for it. i mean, leaf blowers arn't restricted.

Arh but leaf-blowers don't fire little pellets at people do they now?
But you could make it semi-automatic by using different tubes.

well herd for an unrellable sorce (bobmarly) that a flame throer alredy excist and use a battery but i figer loading a leaf blower whould turn out funny and jamm lots

how do you jam a leaf blower?

all the pellets fall in at once in jamm it up

that could happen but then again anything waepon can jam
