I think i have a problem...

Ok this is how it is... My MP5 works now!

(The story so far...)

One misty morning, on a day before a game, I took the stock off the MP5 to check the wiring... however, when i did this i happened to break the solder connecting a wire to the base of the internals. So i had to rip it apart to get into the gearbox, to re-solder the wire. But fate had another idea... I put the MP5 back together, I pulled the trigger to test if it was working, and it only fired on auto. Five days it took me to find the problem... And then it hit me! The wire that i re-soldered was contacting the base of the gear-box... After I put some Electrical tape around the wire. Problem solved! it now only fires on Semi

HOWEVER!!! Whenever I pull the trigger it sticks
Which could be a serious problem if I have to use it in a proper game...

So in conclusion... The MP5 works! It fires on Semi! but the trigger sticks...

EDIT: The trigger only sticks when the battery is in... I don't even know what you'd do about that

Hmmm have seen this problem much before but can't recall how to fix. Will ask around someone will know. But should be easily be able to be fixed.

Also It hardcore missfires... i'm guessing thats because the wire that connects the motor to the battery is pushing the mag down... i found this out because i test fired it and it only fires every single shot if the gun is upside down. which could be a problem...

nah i think the wire that connects the motor to the battery is stopping the mag from going all the way up, which stops the bb from going into the hop-up...

exactly, i chose to cahnge it back to semi because i could see no reliable way to make it so it could fire both semi and auto. i would rather use it then lose it, hence the semi
