This problem will be solved by deleting NATO (already done) and Club Soviet (not done yet) and creating two new groups. The proposed groups will be called "green ops" and "black ops" each member will be voted upon and then moved into the groups based on which one they are better at.
People will not be moved into one group because they simply feel that the game COD: Black Ops is much more awesome than the others. (just to make that clear.) However, if one person has been unfairly voted onto a certain team I am willing to take appeals to get someone moved onto another team.
This organizational method will help because it will create a system where the members that are better at black ops can be mixed up with the members of green ops to create stable squads with different talents. Overall making the experience more enjoyable, in both black op and green op games and days.
Yes I realize there will be a time where this system won't work but until then, this method will work perfectly.
So the poll question is really asking: "Do you think this is a good idea?"
As this club and commitee only do things unanimously I will not do anything until I get a unanimous vote toward the situation and the go ahead from the commitee members.
If the go ahead is given a member will be voted upon as team leader. He will not be directly decided upon by anyone from the commitee. So yes that means that the younger members will be able to become team leaders.
So if the go ahead is given for the proposed idea, after the voting is done and the groups are sorted we will be taking nominations for the position of group leader, this process will take up to a week and the group members will vote on who they want as the team leader.
It would be optimal and overall preferred if the group leader was nominated due to quality of behavior during games and skill shown in either squad based management or general strategy in preferred game modes.
Thank you for reading the proposed idea. Comments/suggestions will be accepted below and please remember to vote.
