Below is the checklist for anyone who wants to run an 'official' ATA event. There nothing new here, its all stuff that is covered every time we havce a game anyway, its just written down to make sure everything that needs to be covered gets covered.
Proces is as follows
1. Cut and paste this post and fill in the blanks, post it here in the admin forum asking to run a game.
2. The committee will decide if the proposal and date is suitable or not.
3. If not Committee may suggest changes or alternatives
4. Once approved its all done.
5. Once approved the event organiser is resposible for everything relating to running the day, although if you want help with any particular aspects or contacting ploice etc someone will be glad to help.
6. People wishing to invite guests, friends or noobs will be expected to let you know at least the day before hand.

3. Marshalls organised for day
Where:
4. Location.
5. If in pulic Event director is aware they need to contact Police and log event.
when:
6. intended date (if known), time and duration
what:
7. Rough outline or style of games planned
8. any other details, things people need to know or notes/rules you need to make the day work.
