Something i always wanted to know, Why are M4s so common and popular in Airsoft? i like them, but what makes them so famous and more liked in the Airsoft world?? :/

I would think becauase of America is the big super power that effects rest of world. People look up to them as the best so would say be various reasons along those lines. Or something to do with fashion you know just as much as me about this topic

I'd say G36cs are more popular, and MP5Ks. Although I haven't had a look around the various airsofting sites on the internet for about a year so it could have changed.

The M4 is popular with US folks and their followers which make up a big portion of the market, but its even more noticable with the 1911 pistol. Look at how many variations of 1911 there are!! Its a popularity contest, and of course the mainstiay of many manufacturers is their M4/1911/M14 line
Here in NZ i think you see more variation and a desire to own less common guns

Me being an M4 owner, i my opinion they are a very universal weapon and one of the most customisable . and you can even mount a GL on it, turn it ino a light support weapon well not exactley but yeh. Its a nice gun
