Fixed MP5k

K.... so the MP5k is all back together again. Fixed even. And after some work with the soldering iron, a visit to bunnings, a few spare 300zx parts and a dash of luck its comepltely self contained, no more external battery. The Lipo battery pack got disassembled and the inside top of the gun has been turned into a 2-cell battery holder. I say 2-cell but theres a battery sized spacer inside, so i can try it out on 3 cells as well... might have to replace the piston first because the teeth arnt all that healthy on it. The only thing that gives it away is the fact you can see a bit of the timber dowel spacer behind the cocking handle (now battery ejection handle), but thats nothing a squirt of black paint cant fix.

I like this toy, its great fun and very easy to point.

Uhh.... yeah. No more HK-slapping from this puppy. Although if you try hard enough you might be able to crush the batteries and have yourself a nice little meltdown!

Well at least you fixed it hopefully next time it won,t crap out after 5 rounds.

Last time it just jammed, as apparently they can do. I know know how 3 ways to fix it, and can do so in record breaking time should it happen again. I emptied a mag last night at the couch... its pretty handy wee toy that.

Yes it is I think is pretty cool looking and a generally cool gun.
