    How much does Hobbyking suck?
I put an order in just over 5 weeks ago for batteries and charger and they still have it on backorder... I can't complain about the price, but the slow communication and service really blows. It even took them 8 days to answer one simple question! Moral of my story is: If you want stuff in a hurry, don't go to Hobbyking. But if you want it good stuff at a great price... king

I'm not the only one waiting either, there's a guy who's been waiting for his stuff since September last year! affraid Shocked

Finally, I got an answer out of them... It only took 4 days this time. Smile Apparently my order will be available in "approximately 3 weeks". Not sure if that includes delivery time, but its progress.

Ok, so I had to learn the hard way. Smile Have placed an order with Evike as well, maybe an American site will produce better results. Well, they seemed eager enough to take my money anyway lol! And, at least I know that ASGC get it right most of the time. Even if they are massively overpriced.

It doesn't matter anymore, my order showed up about 3 weeks ago, finally. I tried their live support and there was never anyone there! They also take days (almost a week) to respond to email/ticket queries. All up, it was very shabby service. I'm still gonna buy from them 'cos the prices are SOOOO good. Smile
