Club funds

So at the moment we've sort of skipped the whole $5 membership thing, However I think it might be important if we charged $2 for a game every now and then.

We really need to get two things. Communial BBs and a chrono. The first is needed cos at the moment most people are borrowing our .12 g BBs, which I think dad is fine with but they should either buy their own ones or we should start a fund to buy more because our ones arn't gonna last forever.

The chrono isn't as needed but it would be nice to ensure that everyone's guns are running at the right power. Especially in summer when the gas weapons become more powerful.

I mean, $2 for a game would be like 30ish dollars.

Hmmm we will have to have a meeting and discuss that first, although a good idea people definitly need thier own BBs if they own thier own guns. But if they are a n00b it's fine untill they buy a gun.

Not if they're using other people's BBs everytime. Oh, and I think that we should charge $2 for every game so we can get a cormo-thingy-mech-bob.

At the current moment no fees will be in place but if you don,t want people using your bbs just say so. We will eventually sell BBs so people can buy them.

Isn't it like $20 for 2000 BBs?

So if 14 people come to a game we'll have $28 so we buy around 2800 BBs per game. More than enough I think (for people who don't have their own guns and bullets, those who spam pay for thier own BBs).

I suggest that when ASGC or somone gets some stock we / me can buy some, and then make them available in smaller quantities for the peeps who dont need to buy 4000 at a time. $1 for 200 bbs sounds like a pretty pretty easy option, and bringing $1 to buy bbs on the day shouldnt be too hard. It just need to find a measuring cup that = 100 bbs, or some very accurate scales, because counting them out just isnt an option!

Peeps with SEGs will be best to get their own, as segs drink them a wee tad faster.

As soon as they come back into stock at ASGC I will buy a whole lot my speed loader can meassure bbs it does about 100 a time so we could use that only thing is we need something for them to put there bbs into.

Yes there should be a small fee like $2 a game and the money can go towards a end of year dinner or something so i will be a special end of year thing of like towards a sausage sizzle one day at a game for lunch if we are there for a whole day.

Yeah for the end of year dinner sounds great but for that we will proberly charge money anyway> wheere should we have it btw

We could have it at the demain on one of there BBQs and have like burgers and sausages and some hot chips or something.

I can feel the tension in this conversation. I like this being free. comon! im a cheepy and im sure alot of us are. now that I have BB's im happy to give some out.

lol we figured that but that would be partly due to not being able to earn to much. But I will still share pallets with people that need them. Yeah a BBQ for end of year dinner could also be a good way of cooking all the food. We need to hire out a hall of some kind which one would be good? Also we need to meet up sometime jsut a few of us to discuss prizes and so forth. Also if we had a projector we could have pics going while eating and waiting around from the year would be cool as. We proberly won,t charge money but if we do it will be fore hiring out the building, food costs and to make awards.

when i get a bit of money for a job i will fork out $5 a game for rounds for new people. any those who just run out.
